Supports the Korea sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organisational strategy, goals, policies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Korea clients and sales teams via email, phone, and other channels to provide timely and professional support
- Build a strong understanding of target customers and their business needs
- Assist the Korea sales team with daily operations and client follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service in both Korean and English
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English, capable of handling business communication
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
