Job Description

As Regional Marketing Manager for Automotive MOSFETs, you will drive sustainable business growth across assigned customers and distribution channels in Greater China. You will strengthen the existing business while identifying new applications, customers and market opportunities to expand the reach and value of our MOSFET portfolio. Combining strategic thinking, commercial judgment and product knowledge, you will turn market insights into focused priorities and practical action. Working with regional stakeholders and global Product Line teams, you will build alignment, develop opportunities and translate growth ambitions into business results.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Market strategy and business growth: Develop and execute regional MOSFET marketing plans, with clear priorities for applications, customer segments and distribution channels. Strengthen the existing business through proactive customer engagement, competitive product positioning and close coordination with regional teams. Identify new applications, customers and ecosystem opportunities; assess their commercial potential and develop focused plans to turn them into business growth. Translate MOSFET application requirements, competitor benchmarks and technology trends into regional product positioning and concrete input for new product proposals and portfolio development.
  • Customer, channel and commercial development: Build productive relationships with customers and distributors, understand their priorities and align joint activities to develop opportunities and expand market coverage. Drive design-win, revenue and profitability objectives with Sales and Field Application Engineering teams, advancing opportunities through customer evaluation, adoption and business expansion. Work with Pricing and Product Line teams on pricing proposals and commercial decisions, balancing customer value, competitive positioning, business potential and profitability. Lead MOSFET promotion and customer or distributor training, explaining product differentiation, application fit and the value of new technologies and packages.
  • Cross-functional alignment and execution: Connect regional business priorities with Product Line direction and cross-functional execution, building alignment across organizational levels and supporting timely decisions. Keep China management, relevant cross-functional teams and Product Lines aligned on market developments, business priorities, progress, risks and support needs. Coordinate customer and channel requirements, resolve business issues with the relevant teams and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on agreed actions. Monitor business performance, opportunity pipelines and demand trends; identify gaps early and drive coordinated actions to support both near-term objectives and longer-term growth.
