We're Hiring 2 Experienced Administrative / Float Caregivers!
Are you a highly experienced caregiver looking for dependable hours, benefits, and an opportunity to put your skills to work?
Visiting Angels is seeking two compassionate, dependable, and highly skilled Administrative / Float Caregivers to provide exceptional care and client coverage throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
These positions are ideal for experienced caregivers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Available Positions & Schedules
We're hiring for two positions with designated four-day work weeks:
- Position #1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Position #2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
On-call availability and flexibility are required to assist with changing client care and staffing needs.
Guaranteed Hours & Benefits
- 60 guaranteed hours per biweekly pay period

Service Area & Travel Requirements
These are Valley-wide positions covering all three Visiting Angels territories:
- Scottsdale / Phoenix
- Mesa / East Valley
- West Valley
Candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout the entire Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area and surrounding communities based on client care and staffing needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors (required)
- Extensive hands-on experience with higher-level mobility and personal care needs
- Proficiency with Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, gait belts, and various types of transfers
- Experience providing care for bedbound clients, including repositioning and assistance with daily activities
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience required
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Flexibility to be on call and travel Valley-wide
- Compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
