Location: Ponte Vedra, FL (and surrounding areas)
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

Concierge Care is looking for qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) interested in providing one-on-one home care for seniors in the Ponte Vedra and Nocatee area.
We offer flexible opportunities for caregivers who prefer meaningful client relationships, personalized care, and the ability to build a schedule around their availability.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING WITH US
- $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly

HELPING SENIORS LIVE INDEPENDENTLY
Your role may include assisting clients with morning routines, bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments or errands.
You'll also provide patient, compassionate support for seniors experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Florida CNA license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Social Security card
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months
- Required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
