EU Education Manager – Tatcha

Location: Spain or Italy | Regular Travel Across Europe

Overview of the Role

Tatcha is looking for a passionate and experienced EU Education Manager to lead our education and training strategy across Sephora Europe. This role will bring Tatcha’s heritage, skincare philosophy, rituals and product expertise to life, empowering beauty teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance.

Based in Spain or Italy, the EU Education Manager will serve as the primary education partner to Sephora Europe, building strong relationships with its education and training teams while working closely with Tatcha’s EU field team to deliver consistent, engaging and commercially focused training across markets.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining strategic planning, content development, stakeholder management and training delivery. Regular travel across Europe is an essential part of the position, supporting store teams, product launches, events and key commercial moments.

Key Responsibilities

Education Strategy & Content Development

  • Own and implement Tatcha’s EU education and training strategy across Sephora Europe.
  • Develop and maintain an annual education calendar aligned with product launches, key commercial moments and Sephora priorities.
  • Create engaging, premium training programmes that communicate Tatcha’s heritage, philosophy, skincare rituals and product benefits.
  • Develop and maintain education materials, including training presentations, product guides, selling tools, launch resources and digital learning content.
  • Ensure all education initiatives reflect global Tatcha brand standards while remaining relevant to local European markets.

Sephora Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary Tatcha education contact for Sephora Europe, building strong and collaborative relationships with its education and training teams.
  • Partner with Sephora to understand education priorities, local market needs and opportunities to increase brand engagement.
  • Coordinate training sessions from planning and scheduling through to delivery, follow-up and evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Tatcha’s education presence and brand advocacy across Sephora markets.
  • Communicate training performance, feedback and commercial opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders.

Field Team Training & Development

  • Partner closely with Tatcha’s EU field team to ensure consistent, high-quality education across stores and markets.
  • Train and coach field teams on product knowledge, new launches, brand storytelling, advanced skincare application techniques and effective selling behaviours.
  • Provide practical training toolkits and resources that can be adapted to local market requirements.
  • Gather field feedback and insights to continuously improve training programmes and content.
  • Support the coordination of gratis and sampling shipments to facilitate effective product education and in-store experiences.

Training Delivery & Performance

  • Lead and deliver engaging training sessions for Sephora teams, both virtually and in person, across European markets.
  • Support product launches, retail events and key commercial moments with impactful education experiences.
  • Build a network of Tatcha education ambassadors within Sephora to strengthen brand knowledge and advocacy.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure training reach, engagement, completion and effectiveness.
  • Use feedback and performance insights to identify opportunities, improve education initiatives and support commercial objectives.
  • Stay up to date with digital learning tools, technology and emerging trends in beauty education.

What We’re Looking For

  • Beauty industry experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the beauty retail environment and premium skincare.
  • Proven experience in beauty education, retail training, field development or a similar role, ideally within premium or luxury beauty.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programmes for retail teams and field sales professionals, with a focus on product knowledge, skincare application and selling techniques.
  • A strong understanding of luxury and premium beauty standards, brand storytelling and the Sephora retail environment.
  • Must be based in Spain or Italy, with the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluent English is essential; Spanish and/or Italian language skills are highly desirable, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across retail partners, field teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Experience creating engaging training materials, education toolkits and digital learning content.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect education initiatives to business performance and measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different markets.
  • A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for skincare, education and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
