Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sales for Home & Personal Care segment in Godrej Industry ltd
- Manage sales and distribution network across the region to generate and achieve sales target and profitability.
- Develop, formulate and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Deliver Sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Target new customers / new industries for sale of existing and new products
- Establish long term business relationships with customers and trade channels
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Manage and strengthen accounts and drive business growth
