We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Salt Lake and Tooele areas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric and adult clients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
Sign on Bonus:
Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT
Days: $2,000 - FT $1,000 - PT
Location: Salt Lake County & Stansbury Park & Heber Areas
Schedule: Days / Swings
Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
Active BLS certification
1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation commuting to patient location
Spanish Speaking (encouraged)
