About the Role

The role is responsible for promoting Haleon products through expert campaigns carried out in the defined geographical area, in order to obtain maximum notoriety, accessibility, visibility and recommendation at points of sale / recommendation, respecting the marketing / expert commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

• Customer visits
  • Efficient planning to visit designated clients with maximum efficiency and minimal costs.
  • Responsible for implementing expert/marketing/ commercial strategies and achieving individual and company goals.
  • Meeting visit count targets according to Haleon's visit model, frequency of visits, and other assigned objectives.
  • Creating, maintaining and developing relationships with customers in the assigned territory, as well as with opinion leaders in the designated territory.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints.
• Brand promotion
  • Promotion to increase the level of recommendation of Haleon products in the designated territory.
  • Organization of meetings, congresses, symposia in which Haleon participation is required.
  • Informing and developing the knowledge of the target group of customers through an active detailing of Haleon products.
• Visibility
  • Responsible for allocating and placing promotional materials to achieve maximum visibility.
  • Participation in all mandatory events organized by Haleon (Cycle Meeting, Regional Meetings, etc.)
  • Update the Haleon database with all customers in the designated territory whenever necessary. Prepares daily activity reports that include visits, promoted medicines, special events, observations, interpretations, messages sent, marketing materials implemented to collaborators using the resources provided by the company: tablet, phone, laptop.
  • Responsible for entering, managing data and preparing monthly statements.

Qualifications and skills

Desired Skills:

• at least 2 years relevant experience in sales/promotion in Pharma OTC / Generic
• PC operating skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, reporting systems)
• Driving license level B
• Skills in building customer relationships
• Ability to give presentations to customers
• Ability to analyze and work with numbers (customer reports, orders, stocks, large number of customers)
• Negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work with a very large amount of information at the same time;
• Organizational skills
• Demonstrate resistance to prolonged effort
• Adapts rapidly (implementation of market campaigns, information about competition, etc.)
• Effective English communication

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.

Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
