Consult with buyers and sellers and guide them through the real estate transaction. Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Convert qualified real estate leads into clients using proven sales systems. Manage leads, appointments, and daily activities through the CRM. Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and open houses. Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and industry partners to support smooth closings. Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina Real Estate License required. Full-time commitment to building a successful real estate sales career. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Comfortable with CRM software and real estate technology, or willing to learn. Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused with a strong work ethic and growth mindset. Passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
