Carrollton, OH; Minerva, OH; Carroll County and surrounding areas + adjacent counties (Stark Co, Columbiana Co, etc.) (requires minimum 30-minute travel radius)

EMPLOYMENT TYPES
All positions at HCN are long-term employment opportunities (2+ years desired, or longer) requiring commitment to a part-time, recurring weekly schedule.
Currently available opportunities include Part-Time or Full-Time.
If all hours desired for Full-time positions are not immediately available, qualified Aides interested in ongoing employment with additional Part-Time or Full-Time hours may start with immediate-need clients and build up to desired total hours/schedule within 60 days.
Part-Time Positions
Whether you're seeking a Part-Time Only schedule, or are interested in additional hours beyond your Part-Time or Full-Time schedule, HCN Caregivers may have opportunities to:
- Accept 1 or multiple clients
- Specify available days & hours per day from which we build your schedule
- Custom travel parameters (may limit hours available)
- Ease in Occasional flexible scheduling to accommodate holidays / personal commitments of employee and client
PRN Opportunities
Whether you're solely seeking a PRN / As-Needed position or are interested in additional hours beyond your Part-Time schedule, HCN Aides may have opportunities to accept:
- PRN / As-Needed / On-Call / Back-up Relief client visits
- Coverage for vacations and leaves
- Additional Home Health Aide / Personal Care shifts
- Paid Job shadowing for on-the-job training and advancement
This role is best suited for individuals who desire flexibility and can accommodate a schedule that changes based on client needs.
Friendly Travel Expectations
For PT Positions: Willingness to travel to and from all client residences to provide care during scheduled, agreed-upon dates and times, up to at least a 30-minute radius, is required.
Typical Shift Availability
Most available assignments occur during:
- Weekdays (Monday through Friday)
- Morning start times typically between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM | AM-Only cases are very popular!
- Afternoon/evening end times typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Starting Pay
STNA, CNA & DSP: $16 - $19 per hour
HHA, PCA & CHHA: $15 - $18 per hour
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years paid in-home care or caregiving experience (agency experience desirable but not required)
