Are you a field professional who enjoys building long-term business relationships and turning them into measurable results?

We are looking for Business Success Partners to develop a European network of independent car repair workshops operating under one shared brand. You will manage a portfolio of around 70 workshops in your region and help them grow their business. You will also bring new workshops into the network. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a dedicated France team and a custom-built CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of around 70 partner workshops (about 70% of the role): regular visits to support each workshop and help it grow its business.
• Drive growth in spare-parts sales and workshop activity across your portfolio.
• Identify and approach independent workshops in your region, present the network's offer and sign new partners (about 30% of the role).
• Plan your territory and weekly visits independently, using CRM data to prioritise where you add most value.
• Share field insights and contribute ideas to improve the network's offer, tools and processes.

The position is 100% field-based.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field-based role (field sales, area or zone manager, network development, sales delegate or similar), managing your own schedule and customer portfolio.
• Experience working with B2B customers.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket (parts distribution, workshops, dealerships, repair networks) is a strong advantage.
• Confident user of digital tools and CRM systems, with the ability to use data to guide your decisions.
• Highly autonomous, organised and self-motivated.
• Fluent French.
• English is a plus.
• Valid driving licence (B).

• Base salary of €35,000–40,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
