  • Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Support safe transitions and help patients remain as independent as possible in their home environment.
  • Manage your schedule and patient visits efficiently while traveling throughout the Omaha area.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support quality care and a positive patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a therapy professional who enjoys building relationships and understands how powerful rehabilitation can be when it happens in a patient’s real environment. The right candidate will be compassionate, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field while staying closely connected to the broader care team. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A patient-centered and compassionate approach to therapy.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
  • Confidence working independently in patients’ homes.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a mobile caseload and flexible schedule.
  • Accurate and timely documentation habits.
  • Strong collaboration skills with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to adapt treatment approaches to each patient’s individual goals and home environment.
  • A genuine interest in helping patients regain independence and confidence.
