We're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.
• Purpose-Driven Interaction: Share how our products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty.
• Scheduling: Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations.
• Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Additional Duties: Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience necessary; customer-facing roles or community outreach experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly.
• Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals.
• Positive Mindset: Enthusiastic, personable, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Coachability: Open to feedback with a desire to grow and improve.
• Flexible Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Age and Licensing: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
• Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
• Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.

$20 - $33 an hour

Our Direct Marketers start at $20 per hour and can earn $33+ per hour with generous bonuses.
