Site Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site engagement plans and strategies.
• Build strong relationships with investigators, site staff and institutions.
• Identify and develop high-performing investigative sites.
• Support sites in overcoming patient recruitment and enrolment barriers.
• Act as a key point of contact and escalation for sites.
• Partner with global study teams, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Develop relationships with high-performing sites and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Share site insights and best practices across global teams.
• Support investigator training and relevant therapeutic/industry meetings.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or CRO experience.
• Experience in site engagement or another investigator-facing role, such as CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Study Manager/Director or Study Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and the clinical regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of clinical trial protocols, site operations and patient recruitment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional and matrix environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
• Be able to travel to UK hospital sites to conduct responsibilities of the role.
