Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact in-person product education to priority healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and high-value accounts.
• Conduct professional virtual detailing appointments utilizing approved technology platforms.
• Execute appointment-based selling strategies across the assigned geography.
• Coordinate customer engagement through webinars, educational programs, conferences, and digital campaigns.
• Expand customer reach by utilizing both personal and non-personal promotional channels.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, office staff, and health system stakeholders.
• Develop customized engagement strategies based on customer needs and preferred communication channels.
• Coordinate with centralized Sales Support to ensure timely scheduling, sample fulfillment, educational materials, and follow-up activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while developing new prescribers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years working in women's health is preferred.
• This person must be based in the greater Stamford, CT area.

Physical or Work Requirements

Requires frequent travel to customer sites, meetings, conferences, or trade events and may involve extended periods of driving, air travel, and sitting. Employees may occasionally transport laptops, product samples, displays, or marketing materials and must be able to work in varying customer, retail, warehouse, or event environments.

Travel

50% travel is required. Travel schedules may vary and could include overnight travel, extended workdays, or weekend events.

National Target Base Pay Range: $94,000 - $156,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $104,000 - $173,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
