Customer service engineer

Main Responsibilities主要職責:

1. Analyze and solve problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively systems, components and equipment, either in-house or on-site. 分析並解決與內部或現場的相對系統，組件和設備的安裝，啟動和操作相關的問題
2. Analyze and perform repair or calibration work of customer returned products according to company repair procedure or know-how on time. 根據公司維修程序或及時的專業知識分析並執行客戶退回產品的維修或校準工作。
3. Develop and maintain good customer relations, improve customer satisfaction. 發展和保持良好的客戶關係，提高客戶滿意度。
4. Organize and perform local training courses to customers or colleagues. 為客戶或同事組織並執行本地培訓課程。
5. Preparation of relevant technical documents. 準備相關技術文件。
6. Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required. 維護適當的工具並根據需要隨時提供。
7. Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites. 根據需要旅行，以在客戶現場進行服務活動。
8. Update the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer 更新有關公司產品的專業知識，並改善對客戶的服務
9. Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update 準備更新並維護準確的日誌，設備性能數據，服務記錄，零件使用文檔和診斷更新

Qualifications資格:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. 機/電子/化工/材料/環境學士學位。
• At least 2 years’ service experience. 至少2年的服務經驗。
• High degree of initiative and good communication skills. Capable of dealing with technical discussion with customers.
• Basic English communications in both oral and written. 基礎的英語口語和書面溝通能力。
• High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
• Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail oriented. 自我激勵，主動，思想開放，注重細節。
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday work. 出差意願（包括可能的晚上，週末和假期工作或國外）
