  • Coach for Success: Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing feedback to foster growth and accountability.
  • Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships through professional, clear, and consistent communication with team members and store partners.
  • Leverage Technology: Use digital tools and hardware confidently to streamline operations and reporting.

This role offers a blend of leadership, fieldwork, and strategic planning—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys developing others.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred. OR 1–2+ years of related retail experience and/or training. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Technical & Physical Capability: Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects. Willing to perform physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
