- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams.
Customer visits and relationships
- Travel about 40% to customer sites for technical meetings, site surveys, application reviews, product testing validation and training.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers as their go-to technical resource for Qualitrol products.
- Gather customer feedback and market needs and share them with Engineering and Product teams.
Quality and continuous improvement
- Support field investigations of customer quality concerns in partnership with Quality, Field Service, and Engineering.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and close the loop with customers.
- Prepare clear technical and field investigation reports that document findings and recommendations.
- Use what you learn in the field to improve products, processes, and technical documentation.
