Job Description

We're looking for dedicated Delivery Experts to join our team at our Sherman, United States location (139 Illini Blvd). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every package reaches our customers safely, on time, and in excellent condition. As a Delivery Expert, you'll manage multiple deliveries daily while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial customers throughout the Sherman area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and package documentation
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays
• Handle packages with care, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and placement at delivery locations
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics consistently
• Represent the organization positively through professional appearance and courteous interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven delivery, logistics, or transportation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Knowledge of the Sherman area and local routes (preferred)
• Experience with multiple-stop delivery operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with electronic proof-of-delivery systems (preferred)
