What You'll Do
As a Mediacom OSL Direct Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers in residential communities, introducing them to industry-leading connectivity products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations within assigned territories
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and the latest service offerings
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective customers
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
- Accurately complete sales documentation and customer records
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others and building relationships within the community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, direct sales environment
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or quota-based role experience, preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, direct sales, door-to-door sales, fundraising, or promotions is an asset
- Basic proficiency with home internet services and service plans
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, required
- Willingness to travel throughout broad geographic territories
- Ability to walk throughout designated territories and work outdoors in various weather conditions, as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
