- Associate Oversight: Direct the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent, including making hiring, promotion, disciplinary, termination, and other personnel decisions pursuant to company policies.
- Portfolio Oversight: Lead the operational performance of the assigned portfolio, ensuring consistency in execution, service delivery, and financial results across all properties.
- Revenue & Profit Optimization: Monitor and improve key performance indicators including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, Flow-Through, labor costs, and overall operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership and ownership to develop and execute business plans, growth strategies, operational initiatives, and long-term portfolio objectives.
- Performance Accountability: Conduct regular business reviews with hotel leadership teams, establish performance expectations, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Champion a culture focused on exceptional guest satisfaction, service quality, brand standards, and reputation management.
- Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all hotels maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning: Build organizational capability through leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and identification of future leaders.
- Owner Relations: Serve as a trusted operational partner to ownership, providing recommendations, performance updates, and strategic insights to support business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, and Development teams to maximize hotel performance and execute strategic initiatives.
- Hotel Openings & Growth Initiatives: Support hotel openings, acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio expansion projects while ensuring successful integration into the operating platform.
- Capital & Asset Management: Evaluate operational needs, capital investments, and property improvement initiatives that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value.
- Travel & Property Presence: Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the portfolio through regular property visits, leadership meetings, operational reviews, and ownership engagement.
