Lead regional imaging operations across multiple sites and modalities by driving clinical excellence, optimizing staffing and equipment utilization, and ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care delivery.

At SimonMed Imaging, the Regional Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight for assigned modalities and locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing clinical operations. This role is responsible for managing technologist and assistant teams, supporting equipment functionality, and driving performance improvement across the region.

This is a high-impact leadership role that blends clinical oversight, operational management, and people leadership. If you thrive in multi-site healthcare environments and are motivated by improving patient care at scale, this role offers meaningful regional influence and responsibility.

What You Bring

  • Performance and quality focus: You monitor equipment performance and QA for X-ray, MRI, and CT systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Regulatory and safety accountability: You ensure adherence to clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned locations.
  • Collaborative leadership style: You partner with operations directors, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, support patient concerns, and align operational priorities.
  • Strong scheduling and workforce management skills: You optimize staffing, manage schedules, approve PTO and overtime, and ensure appropriate coverage based on patient volume and operational needs.
  • People leadership and team development: You recruit, onboard, train, and retain technologists and technologist assistants while managing performance, behavior, and competency standards.

What You’ll Gain

  • Purpose-driven leadership: You ensure patients receive safe, timely, and consistent imaging services through strong clinical and operational oversight.
  • Exposure to multi-modality operations: Gain deep experience across MRI, CT, and X-ray operations in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Regional leadership impact: Your work directly influences clinical performance, staffing effectiveness, and patient care quality across multiple imaging sites.
  • Broader organizational influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and enhance service delivery standards.
  • Team building and talent development: Shape high-performing clinical teams through coaching, training, and competency development.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, radiologic sciences, nursing, or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in radiology or imaging operations required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical environment strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of multi-modality imaging operations (X-ray, CT, MRI)
  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, and workforce optimization
  • Knowledge of clinical compliance, safety standards, and QA processes
  • Experience working with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and operational demands

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Regional leadership role with travel between assigned imaging sites
  • Combination of onsite clinical environments and administrative/office work
