Responsibilities

Before Sales

• Review and understand sales development objectives.
• Review the route plan, including any visits outside the scheduled route.
• Review the previous delivery performance of the assigned customer, including sales volume, revenue, and order fill rates.
• Review the available inventory at the unit, focusing on high-volume products, and develop new promotional directions and advertising campaigns.
• Review in-stock and out-of-stock items in order to identify and recommend appropriate order quantities.

During Sales

• Build strong partnership relationships with customers by providing an excellent level of service and ensuring fair business practices.
• Present the proposed order to the customer and discuss objectives in order to adjust and finalize the order.
• Secure the best possible sales positioning and product visibility.
• Obtain customer approval, print the order, and request the customer's signature.
• Ensure that pricing mechanisms and policies are properly implemented.
• Ensure that orders are delivered correctly and in good condition.
• Collect payment for products delivered or sold, whether handled personally, by colleagues, or in accordance with management instructions.

Promotion

• Check and maintain refrigerators/coolers by removing non-company products and arranging products according to the planogram.
• Manage, reconcile, and collect credit balances and cash flows.
• Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage / food manufacturing industry.
• Computer literacy.
• Valid driving license, in accordance with local regulations at the assigned location.
