What You'll Bring

You bring 1–2 years of B2B demand generation or sales experience, ideally gained in a software sales environment. You know the Italian market well and speak both Italian and English fluently. You're comfortable working independently and you have a genuine drive for results. A university degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation, or a related field is the foundation. Beyond qualifications, you listen well, you build trust with customers quickly, and you understand what business challenges look like from their perspective. You're curious, adaptable, and eager to grow.

What You'll Build

You'll generate leads and new business opportunities through social selling and targeted prospecting into net new accounts. Working closely with the Sales Team and Partners, you'll design and execute proactive outbound strategies across a defined territory. You'll engage C-level executives through multiple channels and build a qualified pipeline of software licence opportunities in the Mid-Market segment. Meeting ambitious demand generation and sales targets will be central to your work. You'll adopt the latest digital prospecting tools and methodologies, and support strategic team projects as needed.

Where You Belong

You'll join the Sales Development team at SAP — a group on a mission to deliver memorable digital experiences and drive net new revenue growth. The team sits at the heart of SAP's Corporate segment strategy, focused on accelerating Cloud adoption and market share. You'll collaborate daily with marketing, sales, presales, and partner teams.
