Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate CNA to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan to live in the patient's home 3, 4 or even 7 days a week if you prefer.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Must be available to work three to four live-in days per week
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Proven working experience in a home health environment. Must have minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Must speak English
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Must be willing to transfer patient
Salary
$250 - $265 per day
