役割と責任範囲*

主な目的：

医療機関、及び特約店に訪問し自社製品の適正使用に資する情報の提供/収集/伝達を行うと共にチームメンバーを効果的にサポートする。

1. 担当エリアにおいて適切な情報提供活動を行い販売プランを確実に達成する。
2. ドクター及びコメディカルの質問に適切に対応する。
3. POAに沿って自らの課題を具体的な戦術に展開・推進する。
4. ドクターのニーズに合わせた効果的なプロモーションを行う。
5. 効果的な説明会を独力で企画・実施する。
6. 上記1-5の活動に加えて、他者との関係構築を効果的に実施し、他者への支援を適切に行う事ができる。
7. 上記1-5の活動に加えてチーム全体でのPOAの進捗を把握し、課題、解決策を提案する。

必要な知識/スキル:

2. 医薬品の制度・流通・関連法規に関する知識
