About the Role

The Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead at Youth Haven Services in Randolph County, North Carolina is responsible for providing direct clinical services while supporting, coaching, and guiding the IIH team. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services for children and adolescents with behavioral or mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy according to the consumer's Person-Centered Plan.
• Complete clinical assessments and reassessments.
• Offer clinical guidance and direction to IIH team members.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monitor case progress, interventions, and overall team performance.
• Support compliance for intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, documentation, and productivity.
• Track treatment outcomes, ensure timely documentation, and assist with transition and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related human services field.
• Current North Carolina Licensure or Provisional Licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 year of documented clinical experience with the population served.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Randolph County for home- and community-based services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional, ethical behavior.

• Ability to engage with and support children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and coach team members.
• Skilled in documentation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze information and develop effective interventions.
