- Identify material, equipment, access, and manpower needs in advance; coordinate delivery, storage, protection, and installation readiness with trade partners and the site team.
- Maintain awareness of MEP schedule milestones and long-lead equipment; proactively escalate risks to procurement, installation, testing, and turnover dates.
- Help ensure MEP systems are properly documented and turned over, including record drawings, operation and maintenance information, warranties, training, and commissioning records.
- Build productive working relationships with subcontractors, foremen, design professionals, vendors, clients, and internal project teams; communicate issues clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrate initiative by anticipating field challenges, evaluating options, and working with the project team to implement timely solutions.
- Contribute to a cohesive project team through collaboration, accountability, mentoring, and modeling Shiel Sexton’s culture and expectations.
- Complete assigned HR, safety, and legal compliance training on time.
