Zur Verstärkung für unser Sales Team suchen wir Vollzeit und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Atmungstherapeut (m/w/d) - Vertrieb Medizinprodukte im Klinikbereich Großraum Thüringen, Sachsen, südl. Niedersachsen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrads von Atos Medical und den dazugehörigen Marken Tracoe und Provox
- Regelmäßige Pflege und Entwicklung der Bestandskunden im Bereich Hospital Sales
- Kundenberatung und -entwicklung auf Entscheiderebene
- Gewinnung von Neukunden im klinischen Sektor (Akutklinik / Rehaklinik) für den Produktvertrieb
- Verkauf der relevanten Klinikprodukte, der Marken Tracoe und Provox, entsprechend dem Jahres-Geschäftsplan in der zugewiesenen Region
- Gebietsanalyse und Gebietsplanung entsprechend den Zielvorgaben im CRM-System
- Sammlung, Analyse und Interpretation von Markt- und Verkaufsdaten sowie Wettbewerbsinformationen
- Teilnahme an regionalen, überregionalen und internationalen Messen und Kongressen
- Koordination und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen (Fachpersonal) mit dem Ziel der Neukundengewinnung sowie Produktplatzierung
- Enge Kooperation mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen
- Dokumentation und Weiterleitung von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorkommnissen
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Pflegefachmann/ -frau;
- Weiterbildung zum Atmungstherapeuten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems
- Erfahrung im Verkauf beratungsintensiver Produkte und Dienstleistungen zur Tracheotomie und Laryngektomie - auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Krankenhaus und bei Fachpersonal
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig als auch im Team effektiv zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse mit CRM-System sowie MS Office von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Reise- und Übernachtungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Führerschein Klasse B
