SUPERVISOR(A) DE TURNO – CONTRATO DE CAMIONES SUBTERRÁNEOS

PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Supervisar y controlar el trabajo diario del equipo técnico en faena, asegurando el cumplimiento del programa de mantención, continuidad operacional de los equipos y altos estándares de seguridad tanto de Sandvik como del cliente.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo técnico durante el turno.
  • Distribuir recursos, personal y equipos según el programa semanal.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Autoridad para detener cualquier trabajo inseguro (crítico).
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos EHS de Sandvik y del cliente.
  • Revisar y controlar AST/ART, reportabilidad EHS/360 y registros obligatorios.
  • Mantener el libro de cambio de turno actualizado.
  • Solicitar repuestos y gestionar backlog según horas de componente.
  • Mantener herramientas y equipos disponibles y en buen estado.
  • Comunicar desviaciones operacionales a cliente y jefatura de manera oportuna.
  • Brindar soporte y orientación técnica al personal y al cliente.
  • Asegurar orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo (housekeeping).
  • Liderar seguimiento de indicadores del personal: desempeño, clima, entrenamientos, RIHH.
  • Transferir conocimiento y desarrollar al equipo (coaching, formación).
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir políticas internas: vacaciones, equidad, código de conducta, etc.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento legal y normativo asociado al cargo.
  • No realiza mantenimiento directo, solo supervisa y controla las tareas.

SU PERFIL:

  • Técnico/a o Ingeniero/a en Mecánica, Eléctrica o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de supervisión en minería.
  • Conocimientos en mantenimiento, análisis de causa raíz y gestión de equipos.
  • Competencias en liderazgo, comunicación y seguridad operacional.
  • Inglés técnico básico (excluyente).

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para Viajar dentro y fuera de Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno, según lo requerido por la compañía.
  • Licencia de conducción clase B, mínimo antigüedad 3 años (excluyente).
  • Licencia de conducción clase D (deseable).
  • Residencia en Rancagua (excluyente).
