We are seeking an Area Manager to lead our Water and Data Centre field sales and service team across Victoria and Tasmania on a fixed-term contract through to March 2028. While offered on a fixed-term basis, this role will provide you with valuable experience within a growing area of Ecolab and may lead to future career opportunities, subject to business needs and recruitment processes at the time.

What You'll Do:
As Area Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, high-performing team culture while helping our water customers achieve their operational and sustainability goals.
You'll:
- Coach, mentor and develop a team of field professionals
- Foster trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate across the business to deliver innovative water and digital solutions
- Support strategic decision-making and regional growth initiatives
- Champion customer success through exceptional service and partnership
About You:
You are an empathetic and collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, building meaningful relationships and creating positive outcomes for customers and teams alike.
You'll bring:
- Experience in water treatment, technical sales, industrial services, data centres or a related field
- Experience leading and supporting teams to achieve shared goals
- Strong relationship-building, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related discipline (preferred)
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance commercial and people-focused outcomes
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment
Regular travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania, including overnight stays, is a requirement of this role.
