This is not a traditional sales role. Success comes from your ability to understand clinical workflows, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, provide expert education and support, and demonstrate the value our solutions bring to patients, clinicians, and healthcare organizations.

You will work closely with physicians, department managers, neurophysiology teams, procurement stakeholders, and healthcare decision-makers throughout the customer journey, from identifying opportunities and conducting clinical evaluations through implementation, training, ongoing support, and long-term partnership development.

Position Summary

The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption, growth, and success of Natus Neurodiagnostic solutions, including EEG, EMG, PSG, software platforms, and associated products within the assigned territory.

Acting as both a clinical expert and commercial partner, the Clinical Sales Specialist works closely with healthcare providers to understand clinical challenges, improve diagnostic workflows, deliver education and training, and identify opportunities where Natus solutions can add value.

The role leads customer engagements from initial opportunity identification through clinical evaluation, commercial discussion, implementation, training, and ongoing account development. Through strong clinical credibility, consultative selling, and relationship management, the Clinical Sales Specialist contributes to both improved patient outcomes and achievement of territory revenue objectives.
