Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:
- Meet with homeowners through company-scheduled appointments.
- Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate customer needs.
- Present premium standby generator solutions and financing options.
- Educate customers on energy security, comfort, and home protection.
- Manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.
- Maintain communication with customers and installation teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Participate in sales training and ongoing professional development.
What We Need From YOU:
- Proven sales success in a commission-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Confident presenting premium solutions to homeowners
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Minimum two years of sales experience
- Luxury automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services preferred
- Generator experience not required. We provide comprehensive training
