Your role

As an In-Store Specialist, you will support and coordinate EssilorLuxottica's sales activities with key retail partners, ensuring strong in-store visibility and optimal positioning of our brands. In addition, you will analyze sales and market data to generate actionable insights that help drive sell-out performance and enhance the consumer experience at the point of sale.

Main responsibilities:

• Ongoing presence on top selling shops
• Communicate our selling stories to retailers' sales teams, to help them better sell-out EssilorLuxottica's brands
• Ensuring the right portfolio and appropriate stock levels in each store
• Optimize EssilorLuxottica brands' visibility in store and support/coordinate with Marketing department the strategies over stores’ Trade Executions.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data and generate insights both for internal colleagues and for our top customers
• Maintain close relationships with top retailers' executives while being able to easily connect and influence sales teams on the field
• Generating sales and/or flagging sales opportunities

Main requirements:

• Multitasking: Ability to efficiently manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, both internally and externally.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Fluent in English: Native or near-native proficiency in English language.
• Autodidactic: Self-motivated and capable of acquiring knowledge and skills independently.
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in generating insights from compilated data reports.
• Fashion-Oriented: Understanding of fashion trends and industry dynamics.
• Effective time management and task prioritization
• Valid driver's license
