BRANCH SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years' sales experience.
• A successful track record of personal sales success.
• 2+ years' sales management experience required.
• Multi-department management experience preferred.
• CRM experience, including call review for sales team members.
• Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies.
• A team player, leader, and coach, able to develop and leverage the strengths of the team members.
• Highly motivated and able to motivate and influence others.

BRANCH SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and align our sales and operations teams into one cohesive unit from our Columbia, MD Support Center.
• Hands-on Growth: Manage and grow the sales team, working side-by-side with them to generate new business.
• Field Coaching: Spend several afternoons a week out in the field with your team to help secure new business and retain current customers.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, helping your team solve problems and maintain high customer retention.
• Talent Development: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees with continuous daily and weekly coaching.
• Franchisee Engagement: Meet with potential franchisees and provide ongoing guidance, training, and growth support to our existing franchise base.
• Administration: Complete all administrative and performance reporting duties in a timely fashion.
