Power industrial performance through compressed air solutions. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Compressor Sales Engineer with a proven ability to drive sales and develop customers across the mining and industrial sectors.
Duties & Responsibilities
Join a leading provider of compressed air solutions and play a key role in growing market share and delivering value-driven solutions to customers. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who understands compressor applications and enjoys building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Education:
Engineering qualification or relevant technical qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compressor sales
- Proven sales experience within the mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free compressor systems
- Understanding of compressed air applications and related equipment
- Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
