Position Details
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Position: In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (all shifts!)
Pay: $13 - $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend required
Location Requirement: Applicants should live in or near the Rowan County/Salisbury area and be able to travel to client homes throughout the local service area.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor client health status
- Maintain clear records and communicate any health changes to families or healthcare professionals
- Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

- Prior experience in geriatric care or other healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
