Service delivery and HSE
- Own job deliverables: accurate daily reports, test records and end-of-job reports, on time.
- Take part in job risk analysis, service quality meetings with customers, and continuous improvement actions.
- Carry out self-assessments, compliance audits and wellsite inspections to company and regulatory standards.
- Act as the on-site liaison between the customer, rig crew, engineering and third parties on procedures, spares, fit and function.
- Follow company and customer HSE policies, wear required PPE, and keep all safety training current.
- Supervise and coach less experienced crew on the job.
Qualifications
Minimum
- 5 or more years of offshore field experience in subsea landing strings, subsea test trees or completion installation and workover control systems.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating and maintaining SenTREE 7 or SenTREE HP and the SenTURIAN operating system.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills on high-pressure equipment rated to 10,000 and 15,000 psi.
- Able to read hydraulic and electrical schematics, assembly drawings and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to complete job reporting accurately.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the country.
- Able and willing to travel and work internationally on assignment, including holding a valid passport and obtaining visas and work permits as needed, and follow the safety and procedural requirements of the company and its customers.
- Able to pass offshore medical, water survival and HUET training.
Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical subject.
- Experience supervising a landing string crew offshore as lead or senior specialist.
