Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Civil (Execution) with strong expertise in civil/structural execution, site supervision, QA/QC, contractor management, billing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil/structural construction activities at project sites.
• Read, interpret, and review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, quality, and project timelines are maintained.
• Handle contractor billing, estimation, measurements, and project budgets.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Monitor material requirements and support procurement activities.
• Prepare project progress reports and track milestones.
• Guide junior engineers and site teams.
• Travel across project sites as required.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural Execution.
• Strong experience in site supervision and project execution.
• Hands-on knowledge of QA/QC, contractor billing, estimation, and measurements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites.
