We are hiring a Catering and Sales Specialist, internally referred to as a Joy Genie: an outgoing, relationship-driven outside sales pro who brings “Bites of Joy” cake samples into local businesses, schools, government agencies, and community organizations - and turns those visits into recurring monthly orders.

This is not a sit-behind-a-phone sales job.

This is a walk in, light up the room, build trust, and create repeat business role.

The Story You Are Stepping Into

Local offices and organizations want easy ways to celebrate:

• birthdays
• employee appreciation
• team milestones
• client gifting
• holidays
• onboarding and farewells

But they do not have time to plan it. Vendors are forgettable. Options are generic.

Your job is to become the person they call every month. You are not “dropping off cake.”

You are creating a celebration system they can count on.

What Winning Looks Like

You build a book of business that produces recurring monthly orders from:

• offices and corporate teams
• schools and PTAs
• city and county departments
• healthcare offices
• real estate and mortgage teams
• local service businesses with lots of staff and lots of celebrations

Over time, you become the recognizable face people love: the “cake celebrity” who brings joy and makes everyone’s day better.

Your Role (How You Create Results)

You will:

• Prospect in the field: identify and visit target organizations within assigned areas
• Deliver “Bites of Joy” samples to spark conversations and create immediate goodwill
• Collect orders for future delivery (individual and office orders)
• Set up recurring programs (monthly Bundtini/Bundtlet drops, celebration calendars, standing orders)
• Develop strategic partnerships (HR managers, office admins, principals, executive assistants, community leaders)
• Identify big moments: holidays, client gifts, employee appreciation, onboarding, seasonal celebrations
• Track relationships and follow-up: consistent touchpoints that turn first orders into habitual ones
• Represent the brand in the community with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Compensation

Compensation will be $30.00-$32.00/hr, based on experience.
