Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B software sales across Delhi NCR, focusing on schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive field sales across Delhi NCR.
• Meet decision-makers at schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads and explore upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales.
• Experience selling to schools, colleges, institutes, or other educational institutions is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, IT products, ERP, LMS, or school management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR.

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR / Gurugram.
• No relocation candidates.
• Relevant experience dealing with schools, colleges, or educational institutions.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven field sales role.
