Job Description

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Ventas Nacional para incorporarse a una compañía consolidada del sector de equipamiento deportivo y fitness.

Buscamos un perfil comercial senior, con experiencia en ventas B2B y liderazgo de equipos, que combine gestión, desarrollo de negocio y venta directa. No buscamos un/a manager de despacho: queremos una persona que acompañe al equipo en el terreno, participe en negociaciones y cierres estratégicos y sea capaz de elevar el nivel comercial de las personas a su cargo.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo comercial de entre 6 y 10 personas.
  • Definir y realizar seguimiento de objetivos individuales y colectivos.
  • Acompañar a los comerciales en visitas, presentaciones, negociaciones y cierres.
  • Participar directamente en la captación de nuevas cuentas y grandes oportunidades.
  • Implantar y consolidar una metodología comercial común y replicable.
  • Desarrollar planes individuales de mejora y formación para el equipo.
  • Gestionar pipeline, forecasting, conversión, márgenes y KPIs comerciales.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de grandes cuentas y clientes estratégicos a nivel nacional.
  • Impartir sesiones prácticas sobre prospección, negociación, gestión de objeciones y cierre.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en ventas B2B.
  • Experiencia demostrable liderando y desarrollando equipos comerciales.
  • Experiencia en venta consultiva y negociación de operaciones de volumen.
  • Experiencia en grandes cuentas y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Dominio de CRM, pipeline, forecasting y KPIs comerciales.
  • Perfil muy orientado a resultados y al cierre.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar habitualmente por territorio nacional.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en sectores como fitness, equipamiento deportivo, retail, distribución u otros entornos B2B.

Condiciones

  • Contrato indefinido.

  • Salario fijo + variable sin techo en función de resultados.
