FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
We are hiring Field Service Engineers for a leading paints company. Freshers and experienced candidates with a technical background can apply.
Role: Field Service Engineer
Eligibility:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech candidates can apply
- Diploma candidates must have a Mechanical / Machine-related background
- B.Tech candidates are also eligible
- Freshers can apply
- Relevant field-service / machinery experience will be an advantage
Working Days:
6 Days Working
Sunday Fixed Off
Mandatory Requirements:
- Own Two-Wheeler
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence (DL)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Hiring Locations:
Agra, Bareilly, Moradabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Calibration and basic technical checks
- Handling service requests within defined timelines
- Dealer/operator training
- Equipment demonstrations
- Machine refurbishment and testing
- Dealer/customer visits and technical support
- Maintaining service reports and system updates
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and experienced candidates with a technical background who are interested in field service, machinery, troubleshooting, customer/dealer handling and travelling.
Requirements
Required Experience/Skills:
- 0.6-3 years working experience
- Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting
- Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English
- Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage.
- Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials: - Asian Paints/ Kansai Nerolac/ Indigo/ Akzo/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware
- Ready to travel
Education Qualification:
Post graduate/Graduate from any background
Computer Knowledge:
Good knowledge of computers, word, excel, internet and email.
Travelling:
Need to travel as and when required.
Benefits
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹16,000 in-hand/month+PF
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand/month+PF
