Field Sales Executive (Freelance) – Delhi

Gig4U, an initiative of the renowned HR firm 2COMS with over three decades of industry leadership, invites dynamic individuals to join its network as Freelance Field Sales Executives. This role offers a unique opportunity to launch or advance a career in sales within the Delhi NCR region, specifically focusing on the promotion and distribution of Metro and NCMC (National Common Mobility Card) transit cards. Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote the adoption of NCMC and Metro transit cards at designated metro stations and surrounding areas.
• Engage with potential customers to effectively communicate the advantages and operational usage of the transit cards.
• Facilitate the end-to-end customer onboarding process, including registration and immediate card activation.
• Accurately document and maintain daily logs of sales transactions and card activations.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual daily and monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Managers to coordinate field deployment schedules and submit timely performance reports.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
• Must be adaptable and comfortable working in outdoor field environments, specifically at busy metro stations.
• A target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation is essential for success in this role.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

The more cards you sell in a day, the higher your earnings per card:

• Minimum earnings per card are ₹75 and can be up to ₹110 per card
• Sell 6 cards → earn up to ₹510/day
• Sell 10 cards → earn up to ₹1,000/day
• Sell 14 cards → earn up to ₹1,540/day

Other Rewards

Additional rewards are available based on monthly performance:

• 75 cards in a month → ₹1,000 reward
• 120 cards in a month → ₹3,000 reward
• Top 3 performers → ₹5,000 reward each
• Eligibility for monthly rewards requires working for 15+ days in the month
• Additional wallet incentive: up to ₹1,000, subject to the applicable sales/deployment model.
