Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to develop and expand the business of Biochrom, Rudolph, Sherwood, Novasina, and Biostep across South China (Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration within key industries including pharmaceuticals, government laboratories, universities, and research institutes.

What You Will Deliver

  • Drive sales growth and business expansion for DKSH-represented brands in Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and user training.
  • Work closely with product specialists, service engineers, and commercial teams to deliver excellent customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting through company systems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, life sciences, or a related industry.
  • Strong network within pharmaceutical companies, government laboratories, universities, or research institutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven business development capability.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
