Merkle is seeking a VP, Senior Account Director to help grow and evolve our strategic partnership with Adobe. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, digital transformation, solution strategy, and business growth, bringing together cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business value. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Adobe, Merkle, and client organizations. The role requires executive presence, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence decisions across complex, matrixed environments.
Digital Transformation at Merkle spans the design and delivery of web and app experiences, front-end and back-end development, user experience (UX), commerce platforms, customer experience technologies, and the ecosystems that connect them. As a result, this role requires a broad understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and how these solutions are designed, implemented, and brought to market. You will leverage this expertise to lead executive-level client and partner conversations, shape engagement strategies, identify growth opportunities, and position Merkle's capabilities effectively in a competitive marketplace.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $197,225 - $225,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
