• Manages Sales Business Development individuals, operational personnel and some inside sales

• Manages verticals and geographies of client opportunities.

• Manages responsibilities include performance appraisals, pay reviews, training and development for three or more employees.

• Sets the programs for the mentor-ship and training of junior Sales Business Development individuals.

• Reviews the overall penetration levels of clients in particular with C-Suite levels

• Leads and sets the executive and strategic business plan for managing resources and approaches for areas of opportunities

• Hires and manage resources in order to achieve expected financial and non-financial targets

• Leverages pipelines, road maps, triage,etc.. in order to develop and manage how, what and where to dedicate resources to prospects for new opportunities.

• Acts as escalation point with internal senior and functional leadership in order to close high value opportunities

• Drives the growth of Annual Contract Value and Total Contract Value
