Vp of finance

This is a remote position.

Cox Consulting Network is seeking a hands-on Interim VP of Finance to support a confidential client with transaction readiness and finance leadership coverage. This engagement starts ASAP and runs through Q1, beginning part-time and ramping to full-time; remote work is available with periodic travel.

Requirements

• Direct experience preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit.
• SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment.
• Experience supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence.
• Hands-on finance leader who can execute independently and partner with senior leadership.
• Availability to start quickly, increase hours, and travel as needed.

Preferred Requirements

• VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience providing interim finance leadership during a transaction.
