The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

You will collaborate across teams while maintaining structured processes and high standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

This is a full-time daytime position with a Monday-Friday schedule and no people-management responsibilities.

  • Work with Microsoft Suite applications and other legal technology to format, edit, compare, convert, and prepare documents and presentations.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and communicate critical issues, timing concerns, and operational updates clearly and accurately.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to maintaining effective, structured workflows across the department.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to accuracy in documentation and administrative work.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain organized workflows, systems, and processes in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, take appropriate action, and escalate when necessary.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, schedules, and competing priorities while maintaining clear communication.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Microsoft Teams skills are preferred, along with previous experience working remotely.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate operational updates and concerns effectively.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Friday daytime schedule: 10am-7pm ET / 7am-4pm PT, including a mandatory one-hour lunch.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees working 30+ hours per week.
