Job Description: Join Our Team as a Video Editor

About Us

Anywhere Talent is redefining how businesses connect with global talent. Founded in 2015 by brothers Aamir and Asif, our company was built on a vision to harness the potential of remote work. Today, we specialize in connecting businesses with skilled talent worldwide, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows and customize training. Our approach combines advanced technology with a human touch, enabling teams to focus on impactful work while reducing inefficiencies. At Anywhere Talent, we don’t just connect businesses with talent—we build partnerships that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with a strong focus on viral-style editing (fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.)
• Edit long-form podcast content into engaging full episodes and short highlight clips
• Create visually appealing edits that increase retention, engagement, and shareability
• Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas and improve content performance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Ability to edit podcasts professionally (audio cleanup, multi-camera sync, storytelling flow)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics (especially for reel-style content)
• Ability to create engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics

Preferred Qualities:

• Up-to-date with the latest editing trends, transitions, and viral formats
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Understanding of content strategy and audience retention

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with content creators, brands, or agencies
• Basic knowledge of storytelling and marketing psychology

Need someone who understands attention, retention, and virality at a deep level, not just someone who cuts clips. This role is for editors who can turn content into high-performing assets, not just “good-looking videos.” Anywhere Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status. Join Anywhere Talent and become a key player in connecting businesses with global talent while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Let’s create partnerships that drive success together! Apply now and embark on a rewarding journey with us!
